Delivery Philosophy

At Mewvia, we believe true quality is worth the wait. Every piece in our collection undergoes a meticulous manual inspection to ensure texture and prints meet our aesthetic standards before beginning its journey to you. We prioritize a seamless, transparent experience from our studio to your doorstep.

1. Order Timeline

To provide full transparency, please note that your order’s arrival is a combination of Processing Time and Transit Time.

  • Processing Time: 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off: 6:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Operating Hours: Our fulfillment team and logistics partners operate on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping Estimates & Rates

All orders are dispatched directly from our specialized fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China. We partner with premium global carriers to ensure reliable, fully tracked delivery.

3. Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees

We aim for a "no-surprise" delivery experience. Your tax obligations are handled as follows:

  • United States: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your specific shipping address in accordance with state and local laws.

  • Other Supported Countries: For orders shipping to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden, all applicable taxes (VAT/GST) are either included in the product price or collected at checkout. You will not be required to pay any additional taxes or handling fees upon delivery.

4. Tracking & Security

  • Real-Time Tracking: All orders are 100% tracked. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the link to update.

  • Secure Delivery: To ensure your items arrive safely, we require a physical street address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Multiple Packages: For orders containing multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure the protection of each delicate piece.

5. Shipping Support

While we strive for punctuality, peak seasons or carrier high volumes may occasionally cause slight delays. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated window, please contact our support team at support@mewvia.com.
